The best one I could find for Atlanta is highest personal bankruptcy rate. Which is kind of lame..
ReplyDeleteAha! Wayne (former Atlanta resident) mentioned during lunch that Atlanta used to have the highest violent crime rate in the States. And apparently, that's still true if you consider just medium size cities. I'll take it.
